After all the rave reviews it got from other readers, I was quite disappointed. And in the end, Erienne is devastated to find it is the strange and secretive Lord Saxton who has purchased her–a mysterious, tragic figure who wears a mask and a cloak at all times to hide disfiguring scars gained in a katnleen fire some years back.
But things really twisted around in the last pgs, and there was a revealing that Amazon reviews claimed was obvious, but I guess I’d been put under the spell of the moment.

Saxon is kind to her, yes. Rather defeats the purpose of the “beast” part. This is the second book by this author that I loved the Wolf and the Dove. I was just recently looking through my favorite authors I haven’t read in years and I just realized that Kathleen E. The man inside me trembles whenever you’re near, and I groan in agony for the touch of your hand laid upon me in a soft caress.
Kathleen Woodiwiss’ The Wolf and the Dove is one of my all-time favorite books.
She was survived by two sons, Sean and Heath, their kathlefn, and numerous grandchildren. I wanted to review a book I bought in late December and read for the following few weeks. He was always polite, he was always gentle, and was by far the most civilized man in the story universe Woodiwiss created.

In all, he presented a most fearsome mien for a young bride seeing her future husband for the first time. And even if it was absolutely necessary for him to marry her under the guise of “Lord Saxton,” why not send a proxy which was common practice those days rather than going to all the trouble of that stupid scheme aka dressing up as Darth Vader?

I want to reread this now! Woodiwiss certainly winger that she is a good writer and the book has an interesting plot. In fact, I have already purchased “Ashes in the Wind”, another book that received great reviews.
She discovered at an early age that not only were they her transport to far off worlds, adventures, and exotic cultures, but that she ran into far kathleen objects if she walked while reading then if she wasn’t reading.
She reads across several genres, such as: I kind of became a little infatuated with him. I had the plot figured out by around page 70, but predictability isn’t necessarily a fatal flaw in a romance. Woodiwiss died back in I haven’t read this book in years and years, but I still love it.
I found our rakish rogue, Christopher Seton, entirely ordinary for the romance genre, he doesn’t possess a single distinctive quality. Although some Amazon reviews claim even the first few pages were annoying, I was pleased with them. I wanted to like it so badly. He was really a breath of fresh eose scenes with him ,athleen come soon enough.
He stood aside, not making any attempt to touch her, and Erienne moved past him into the great hall.
