Jesse Sampson and her two younger sisters have lived a hard life on the streets of Seattle, Washington, for the past several years. Sophia did finally come to her senses and allowed herself to bond with Sylvan, once she got over all her fears, they were wonderful together.

But her reservations feel like an outright rejection to the already burned Deep. Sophia WaterhouseSylvan. I didn’t like the first book – the characters were flat and uninteresting even downright annoyingand I didn’t think I’d pick up anything else in this series at all.

So the first book was pretty good, but this one not so much I had to skip couple parts mostly the main female character drama and whining ancerson was just too much sometimes, she kept confusing the warrior guy.

I would be fine if she gets killed off in the next book! After a devastating rejection on his home planet, his heart is a block of ice no one Sophia Waterhouse has always been afraid of needles and vampires so there’s no way she wants anything to do with a modern day Count Dracula-even if he does come wrapped in the package of a huge Evangeeline warrior with blond hair and ice blue eyes.

And the resisting is not because he’s a benevolent sexist, mind you, w Mixed feelings about this. The plot of this novel is even more complicated than the first one and it caused my heart to race with both fear and adrenaline. Orphaned and sold to a harsh master, Lera’s life is about mucking stalls, avoiding her master’s advances, and steering clear of the mystical forest separating the mortal and fae worlds.

Overall though I enjoyed this audio. Forced to depend on one another to survive they learn more about the secrets they hide and attraction between them grows and ignites into something they can no longer deny.

I definitely think t Awesome!!! And poor Sylvan, everytime she looks at him it’s in fear or terror. This story is about Sophia and Sylvan. I was surprised to meet Xairn the All Father’s son in this book. Pricelessly funny, all the more because the heroine is a timid mouse, which cranks up the embarrassment factor.

Wag More Bark Less Anna Hackett Narrated by: I trembled, every hair on my flesh prickled in the age old response of the hunted. The sex scenes were well written. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. The plot line was good and the flow was looong but went fast.

He’s big, horned, blue, and really, really has a thing for me Danger lurks in the shadows, and Sylvan and Sophia find themselves running for their lives. They must want to strangle her half the time. Both the hero and heroine have a greater challenge to overcome adding more depth to the plot. Keeping the reader on her toes as a whole! She was probably in the sacred grove somewhere, bustling around making sure everything was perfect and directing the guests to their seats.
